The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines a mentor as an expert who provides wisdom and guidance based on his or her own experience. Mentoring may include advising and coaching. The coaching process does not include advising, and focuses instead on individuals or groups setting and reaching their own objectives. I offer mentoring programs based on my international business experience, MBA education along with relevant evidence-based frameworks from psychology.
